How long will my order take to be fulfilled?
Orders can take between 3-7 business days to be fulfilled. We are a very, very* small company and we work very hard to get your order sent out as soon as possible!

Shipping is done through USPS.
How much are shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your package and the zip code at which the package will be sent. Customers may choose Priority Shipping at their discretion.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
Orders can take about 2-7 business days to be delivered, once your package is scanned in by USPS. Different shipping services (Priority vs. Ground) can vary. Please visit the USPS website for more information.
My order said my package has been sent, but there are no updates on the tracking information.
USPS can take up to 2-3 business days to scan and update tracking information. Please be patient. If more than 3 business days have passed and tracking information has not updated, please email admin@kahuipalaka.com. Please make sure to include your order number in the email so we may better assist you.
My package is lost or stolen?
If you have not received your package within the allotted time frame, we recommend waiting another 7 business days in light of any possible delays. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed somewhere funky. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are also not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by the carrier. If you need help filing a shipping claim, please contact us.
